The former member representing Asa/Ilorin West Federal Constituency, Hon. Mashood Mustapha has just been officially appointed as the Special Adviser Inter parliamentary Relations to the Senate President of Nigeria and Chairman of 8th National Assembly, Sen. Abubakar Bukola Saraki. The appointee's perceived role is to laiase between the both Chambers (Senate and House of Reps.) of National Assembly as his principal, Sen. Saraki is the Chairman of the Assembly.
