Money Laundering: EFCC Invites Obaigbena, ThisDday Publisher,

The publisher of ThisDay Newspapers, and Chairman of Newspaper Proprietors Association of Nigerian (NPAN), Nduka Obaigbena has been reportedly invited for questioning by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
A controversial news website, SaharaReporters reported that ThisDay publisher over invited at the agency over alleged money laundering.
Obaigbena was reported to have been invited on June 26, 2015.
A copy of the invitation letter obtained by the news website said that Obaigbena was scheduled to report at the commission’s headquarters in Abuja on July 7.
The site was unable confirm if Obaigbena had honored the invitation or not.
He is said to be currently visiting the United States.
