Iheanacho happy with Sterling partnership

Manchester City starlet Kelechi Iheanacho has described new signing; Raheem Sterling as an intelligent player whose skills makes it easier to play along with.
Iheanacho provided the assist that gave Sterling his first City goal on Tuesday, and the Nigerian youngster posits that the intelligence of the £49m winger contributed a great deal in getting the opener against Roma in the pre-season friendly.
“It was a very good pass that I gave him for the goal. I thought it might have been offside actually but in the end it was a good run.
“When you are such an intelligent player like he is, it's easy for us to play alongside him.” Iheanacho said.
“It was an honour, he's a very good player. He's intelligent, skillful, strong as a player. It was something I enjoyed, playing alongside him. I'm still learning from him and other players so I will just keep working hard”.
