Kwara Express reckless driver

Kwara Express now known as Harmony Express which was recently handed over to Harmony Holdings now have service delivery and good customer relation as its watch word. With the set of new buses recently donated to the transport company by the state government.

It was however surprising when passengers started complaining about the drivers of Harmony Express and mannerism of its staffers.

A passenger, who boarded the express's Jos bound bus narrated how she was happy with the state of the bus as it was brand new, she however complained about the recklessness of the driver whom she accused of over speeding, reclessness and lacking manners.

“If this driver is allowed to continue driving this car, I am sure that the bus will not be road worthy in the next 5months. He was busy bumping into potholes, overtaking vehicles recklessly and over speeding.

“Everybody in the car complained about his mode of driving and mannerism, he however turned a deaf ear to our caution, he kept over speeding and bumping into potholes, he even abused us all for questioning his way of driving,” she added.

We hope Harmony Holdings will re-orientate its drivers on mode of driving and mannerism, as unruly and unprofessional staffs will tarnish its image and erode the restructuring going on in the organisation.

After Hours is however, suggesting the management avail customers phone numbers which will be pasted conspicuously on all its busses, in order to avail passengers not satisfied with services rendered an opportunity to make its complaints official for prompt investigation and sanctions meted where necessary.
