Lesser Hajj: Medview airlifts100 Ilorin pilgrims
The Ilorin Marketing Manager, Medview Airline, Mr. Ajibola Akeem has disclosed that no fewer than 100 pilgrims from Kwara to this year's Lesser Hajj were airlifted by the operator from Ilorin International Air Port to the holy land.

Disclosing this to Pilot Aviation at the weekend, Akeem said the pilgrims were taken to join other passengers in Lagos State, adding that from Lagos they departed for Saudi Arabia last week Thursday.
Stressing that the airline has put in place necessary arrangements to ensure smooth operations, Akeem added that Medview had earlier scheduled series of seminars for the pilgrims at the various travel locations across the country.
On the 2015 Hajj pilgrimage which would commenced by first week of September, he revealed that the airline would be conveying intending pilgrims from Ekiti and Ondo states respectively.
On Ilorin pilgrims, he revealed that presently no arrangement has been made regarding airlifting of Kwara pilgrims by the State Muslims Pilgrims Welfare Board.
The manager who urged the intending pilgrims to be committed and prayerful at the holy land appealed to them to be good ambassadors of Nigeria by avoiding anything that could tarnish the country's image in Holy land.
