Kwara United FC's dismal run in the Premier League continues with yet another home loss on Sunday to lower table Sharks of Port Harcourt

The loss means the Harmony Boys have garnered just two points in the last six games and their third home loss of the season.

Flying Eagles star Christian Pyabara's fine finish after beating three United defenders in the 24th minute was enough for the seasiders to secure a vital away victory.

Kwara United got a chance to equalise in the 38th minute but Dare Ojo blasted the penalty into the stands before Segun Alebiosu missed another seater in the 43rd minute to the dismay of the supporters.

Chances were minimal in the second half and Sharks looked the hungrier side while the introduction of two more strikers for United did nothing to change the situation.

It will be recalled that Kwara United's Management issued a three match ultimatum to the technical crew and one points were picked from those matches but surprisingly, the Tunde led Abdulrahman crew is still in charge of the team

Speaking after the encounter, sharks coach, Festus Allen praised his lads for the victory while also hoping that it will kickstart a winning run for the team occupying the bottom spot of the log.
