An online news medium, encomium.ng quoted Niboro, who is also the Director General of News Agency of Nigeria, to have reacted to rumours making the rounds. Jonathan’s only son had been reportedly passed on in a London hospital days back, following a brief illness. “It’s false”, he said in response to encomium.ng’s enquiries on the sad news that went viral on the internet. Jonathan and wife, Patience are reportedly enjoying a vacation in the United States after handing over power to President Muhammadu Buhari on May 29, 2015. Jonathan first allegedly stopped over in the United Kingdom before proceeding to the states for a well-deserved rest after over five years in power.
